It watches what they do in their GDS and on the Internet, and you can have it display messages and alerts. It is really easy to configure -- it's all done on our website, and there are no configuration files to distribute. Some examples of what you can do with it:

• Whenever a PNR is displayed, check the names in a lookup table of unused tickets, and display a message for the agent with the unused ticket details. When the list of unused tickets changes, go to our website, update the lookup table, and click a single link to have the new information automatically sent to all of your workstations.
• Whenever availability is displayed, check the destination country against a lookup table with travel alerts, and display any information pertinent to the destination. BookingBuilder Genie augments the airport codes displayed by the GDS with their countries and continents, and augments city pairs with the distance and travel duration.
• Whenever availability is displayed, check all the airlines and city pairs against your deals and display a message alerting the agent which airline should be sold, and any information required in the PNR.
• Whenever PNR or profile remarks with traveler special needs are displayed, Genie can read them from the GDS and display in a notification window, ensuring that the agent never overlooks these important requirements.
• Whenever an agent opens a particular airline web site, display a message reminding them that this airline now participates in the GDS.
• Whenever an agent books on a particular cruise line's website, when the website shows "travel protection", remind the agent to sell your preferred travel insurance instead, for a much higher commission.

Configuring BookingBuilder Genie is a breeze. Most of the time you don't need complex patterns -- you simply select something like "Flight Availability Command Sent", "End Country Code equals CA", click "Display Notification Window" then enter "Passports are now required for all travel to Canada". A few more clicks, and whenever your agents enter availability to Canada, your message will be displayed.

BookingBuilder Genie offers many options for displaying messages, and many window display "effects" to ensure that your messages don't get missed. You can completely control the size, shape and location of the messages, select background and border colors, include pictures, and have complete control over the fonts, colors, styles, etc. You can have separate messages in separate windows, multiple messages in one window, scrolling marquee windows, semi-transparent windows, and even mini windows that shake and flash to get attention.

In addition to displaying messages, it can launch and fill in browsers, send email messages, read profile data and paste it into other applications, launch other applications, read itinerary data and copy it into other applications, close browsers, and more. For example:

• Whenever an agent sells a flight, look at the destination country to see if it's one where you can offer foreign currency. If so, display a message reminding your agent to offer this. On the message is a "Purchase" button. When the agent clicks that, read the traveler name, address, credit card and email from the PNR, launch the foreign currency vendor's website, and fill in the traveler's information.
• If your agents send travelers a lot of information in Word or another application, create a prompt that will automatically display the traveler information and place it on the clipboard formatted to your requirements. It can then be pasted right into your document -- saving time and ensuring 100% accuracy.
