Pricing Details

After the free trial period, BookingBuilder Desktop is priced based upon the number of users, starting at $18.95 per month per user. It has been priced so that it only has to be used 2 or 3 times in a month to pay for itself! It is an incredible bargain. The pricing levels are:

Pricing for Europe

Once the free trial period is complete, your credit card will be charged on the first of each month for the number of users you had during the previous month. The first charge will be pro-rata based upon the number of days between the end of the free trial period and the first of the month. For example, if you install the software on August 1st, the free trial ends on August 14th. On September 1st, you will be charged only for 16 days in August.

As the software operates, it periodically contacts our web site to check for updated information, and this allows our web site to automatically track how many users there are. On the first of every month, we determine the number of users you had during the previous month and the total charge is calculated and charged to your credit card.

This payment plan includes all updates to the existing functionality at no extra charge. As suppliers change their web sites, we may have to make changes to BookingBuilder Desktop, and those changes are included. You will be notified via email as soon as updates are available, and if there is a crucial update, the BookingBuilder Desktop software itself will display a message indicating this. As we add additional suppliers, those will be included as well for no additional charges. If we add significant new functionality in the future, separate charges may apply for that functionality.

Late Payments

Since all payments are made by credit card, late payments will be rare. However, in the event a charge does not go through, we will notify you, and you will have 15 days to make payment. If payment is not made within that time, the software will automatically stop operating until all outstanding invoices have been paid. Any invoice more than 30 days late will be charged interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.

Contract

There is no long-term contract required to use BookingBuilder Desktop. We are very confident our product will pay for itself during the first few days of each month, and you won't be able to live without it! If you do choose to stop using it, you can stop at any time and only owe us for the actual months you were using it.

By installing the software, you are agreeing to these terms and the terms of our license agreement, including our ability to stop the software from operating due to non-payment.
