BookingBuilder Technologies is a highly regarded travel technology company headquartered in upstate New York. We exist to solve problems faced by human workers in the travel industry -- we develop software to automate many things previously done using tedious, manual methods. Sales of our products are growing rapidly, and we need help keeping up with our customers' needs!

There is nothing like our newest product, BookingBuilder Genie. It is quite simply a revolutionary point-of-sale tool designed to prompt agents, shift market share, increase productivity, and eliminate mistakes before they happen.

We are looking for someone to train our customers on how to use Genie, build prompts for customers, troubleshoot problems, and assist with technical sales.

Responsibilities

• Learn Genie inside and out!
• Teach customers how to use it, over the phone, in person and in groups
• Build prompts for customers
• Support and motivate customers from early in the sales process through the buying decision
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Give us lots of great ideas on how to enhance and improve Genie
• Test new versions
• Fill in elsewhere in the company as time permits

Requirements

• Great customer service skills and attitude. You love teaching and helping people, primarily on the phone.
• Deep knowledge of at least one GDS
• Great technical aptitude. You like to write GDS scripts, develop macros in Excel, or write programs.
• You have the ability work independently and with others on our team to solve real world problems in the world's largest industry.
• You are friendly and get along well with others.
• You had an excellent GPA and a track record of success.
• You love to be challenged and to work with others who love to be challenged
• You love to work with products that make a real difference to customers
• You speak and write English well
