3. Book
If you choose a flight or fare that isn’t in the GDS, BB Desktop takes you to the airline website and makes the booking with just a few clicks, pre-populating most of the information from your traveler’s GDS profile. No information needs to be re-keyed.
4. Manage
Once you have made the reservation, BB Desktop writes the booking information to your GDS so you have the data for accounting and client management information.
