Welcome to BookingBuilder Technologies, Inc. (“BookingBuilder”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using our website located at www.bookingbuilder.com, or any of our software products and services, including but not limited to BookingBuilder Desktop, Genie, NDC Butler, Boost, and Unused Ticket Fetch (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and BookingBuilder Technologies, Inc. By clicking “I Agree,” accessing, or using the Services, you represent that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement; and (c) if you are accessing the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Description of Services
BookingBuilder provides software applications and tools designed to assist travel professionals at the point of sale, including integration with Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), airline NDC channels, supplier websites, and direct connect platforms. Our products include:
- BookingBuilder Desktop: Automates transfer of booking details between GDS systems and travel websites.
- Genie: Custom popup and interactive form solutions for point-of-sale quality assurance.
- NDC Butler: Automated graphical fill for NDC (New Distribution Capability) content.
- Boost: Commission maximization tools across travel contracts.
- Unused Ticket Fetch: Comprehensive unused airline ticket management.
The Services are intended for use by travel agencies, corporate travel departments, and travel technology professionals. Access to specific features may require a valid license or subscription agreement with BookingBuilder.
User Accounts and Access
Account Registration
Certain Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Authorized Use
Access to the Services is granted solely for legitimate business purposes by authorized travel professionals and their personnel. You agree not to share your credentials with unauthorized individuals. BookingBuilder reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of unauthorized access or misuse.
Security Obligations
You agree to notify BookingBuilder immediately at support@bookingbuilder.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. BookingBuilder will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT with:
- Use the Services for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose, including unauthorized ticketing or fare manipulation.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any BookingBuilder software.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.
- Access or attempt to access any systems, data, or networks not expressly authorized for your use.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to scrape data from the Services without prior written consent.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code into any BookingBuilder system.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute access to the Services without written authorization from BookingBuilder.
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
All content, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, and other intellectual property associated with BookingBuilder and the Services — including but not limited to BookingBuilder Desktop, Genie, NDC Butler, Boost, and Unused Ticket Fetch — are the exclusive property of BookingBuilder Technologies, Inc. or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable subscription or license agreement, BookingBuilder grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes as a travel professional.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any portion of the Services without BookingBuilder’s express written permission.
Privacy and Data protection
BookingBuilder is committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection, use, and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at bookingbuilder.com. Key data practices include:
- We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve our Services.
- We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in delivering our Services, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

Confidential Information
“Confidential Information” includes non-public information disclosed by either party, including business, technical, operational, and customer data.
Each party agrees to:
- Use Confidential Information solely for purposes of providing or using the Services.
- Protect Confidential Information using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
- Not disclose Confidential Information except as required by law or permitted under these Terms.
These obligations survive termination of the Services.
Third-Party Integrations and Links
The Services integrate with third-party platforms including Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), airline systems, and other travel technology providers. BookingBuilder does not control and is not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or content of any third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to the applicable third-party terms and conditions.
Links to external websites from bookingbuilder.com are provided for convenience only. BookingBuilder does not endorse or take responsibility for external sites.
Information Security Responsibilities
BookingBuilder maintains an information security program designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Services, consistent with industry standards.
Customers are responsible for:
- Implementing appropriate access controls for their users.
- Ensuring the accuracy and legality of data submitted to the Services.
- Protecting endpoint devices, credentials, and network connections used to access the Services.
- Promptly notify BookingBuilder of suspected security incidents or misuse.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of access.
Service Availability and Support
Availability
BookingBuilder maintains business continuity and disaster recovery plans designed to support service availability and data protection in the event of disruption.
BookingBuilder endeavors to maintain high availability of its Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily limits access to the Services.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Bookingbuilder do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bookingbuilder technologies, inc., its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the services, even if bookingbuilder has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall bookingbuilder’s total aggregate liability exceed the amounts paid by you to bookingbuilder for the services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event, giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BookingBuilder Technologies, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any data, content, or materials you provide through the Services.
Modifications to Terms and Services
BookingBuilder reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, by sending notice to the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
BookingBuilder may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice, without liability to you or any third party.
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time. BookingBuilder may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without notice, if (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) BookingBuilder determines, in its sole discretion, that your use poses a risk to the Services, other users, or third parties; or (c) required by law or regulation.
Upon termination, your license to use Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.
Incident Response & Breach Notification
BookingBuilder maintains incident detection and response procedures designed to identify, investigate, and respond to security incidents.
In the event of a confirmed security incident affecting Customer Data, BookingBuilder will:
- Notify the affected customer without undue delay.
- Provide information that is reasonably necessary to support the customer’s compliance obligations.
- Take appropriate corrective actions to mitigate the incident
Data Retention and Deletion
BookingBuilder retains customer data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, and enforce these Terms.
Upon termination of Services, BookingBuilder will, within a reasonable period, delete or de-identify customer data unless retention is required by law or contractual obligation.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in New York, New York. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Services, including without limitation: data protection and privacy laws, export control regulations, anti-bribery laws, and travel industry regulations.
Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable license or subscription agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and BookingBuilder with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
