Thank you for your interest in our software.  These are instructions for upgrading to the latest version of BookingBuilder, if you are installing BB on this computer for the first time please contact our Support Desk at Support@bookingbuilder.com and let us know that you wish to do a new install.

Please follow the instructions below to download and install the latest version of BookingBuilder software (Please note: You must be running Windows 7 or higher) – Here are the steps to download our latest version:

If BookingBuilder is currently running right-click the BB icon and select “Exit”.
Exit out of all open GDSs and internet browsers (except this one).
Download the installation file:  Click HERE for our latest version  (click here for the installer for the minimum recommended version).

  1. Choose to ‘Save’ the “.msi” file to your computer when prompted (or you can press ‘Run’ the install from your browser)
  2. Only if you chose “Save”:
    1. Note the location (folder) where the MSI file will be saved
    2. Once the file is done downloading close this open browser window
    3. Navigate to the MSI file you just saved on your computer and double click on it
  3. Follow the steps described by the install wizard to install the software
  4. You may be asked to restart your computer at the end of the install.
