Our Company
LaunchMagic.com, Inc. dba BookingBuilder Technologies offers a unique level of expertise and experience in developing applications that interact with GDSs and web booking applications. Our value comes from our ability to identify needs and create seamless, user-friendly solutions.
Since the late 1980s our people have been developing industry-leading applications. Our current focus is on creating applications that assist travel professionals at the point-of-sale. BookingBuilder Desktop makes it very easy to book the content not found in GDSes, and BookingBuilder Genie is a revolutionary point-of-sale quality assurance tool. Reliably reminding the agent user with the right information at the right time!
Seth Perelman, CEO
Seth Perelman founded Automated Travel Systems in 1990. ATS developed such products as ResFAX®, ResQCX and ResMARKER, which are installed on thousands of travel agency computers, and also developed the booking engine that launched Priceline.com and the next-generation booking engine used by Lowestfare.com. ATS was acquired by GetThere.com in 2000.
In 1999, Perelman left ATS and started BookingBuilder Technologies, with a focus on the point-of-sale. BookingBuilder Technologies created the only point-of-sale GDS interface toolkit that seamlessly operates on all GDSes on nearly all platforms. Using this toolkit, BookingBuilder Technologies has developed applications that include its flagship product, BookingBuilder Desktop, which bridges the gap between GDSes and non-GDS content. These applications help travel agencies remain competitive and profitable.
Perelman is a frequent speaker at industry events, often appears in industry publications, and has been interviewed on CNN, CNBC and MSNBC.
