BookingBuilder Genie Administration Training
We will be holding a series of BookingBuilder Genie Administrator training classes in February and March.
The purpose of these classes is to help Genie Administrators become more proficient with all aspects of BookingBuilder Genie. These classes are packed full of information.
During the classes, we will focus on everything from the admin site, to basic and advanced prompt creation, lookup tables, creating and using variables and expressions, and troubleshooting.
Course Description and Dates
Tuesday,February 11th – Genie Overview: Provides insight on all aspects of the administration site and Genie terminology such as the initiating events, conditions and actions.
Thursday, February 13th –Prompt Creation – Beginning: Building basic prompts
Tuesday, February 18th – Lookup Tables: How to create, copy, update, move and use lookup tables.
Thursday, February 20th – Ask User for Input and Grid Notification Window Actions: This class will on how to create and use these two specific actions that are incredibly helpful.
Tuesday, February 25th – Prompt Creation – Mid Level: Building slightly more advanced prompts including what we have learned so far.
Thursday, February 27th– Variables and Expressions 1 – Beginning: Understand what variables and expressions are, how to create them and how to use them.
Tuesday, March 4th – Variables and Expressions 2 – Mid Level: Continuation of Variables and Expressions 1.
Thursday, March 6th - Prompt Creation – Advanced: Building and looking at advance built prompts.
Tuesday, March 11th – Troubleshooting and Recap: Going over all aspects of troubleshooting BookingBuilder Genie and recapping what was taught during all classes.
Thursday, March 13th – Free for All: Going over any details you want, working on specific prompts together, any followup questions.
Course Registration Closes February 6th
All classes will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 1 ½ hours each starting at 7am ET US. This provides over 13 hours of training.
